Bharat Ekansh Limited was originally incorporated as “Ahimsa Imports Limited” on May 18, 1985 under the Companies Act, 1956 with a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Thereafter a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name from “Ahimsa Imports Limited” to “Bharat Ekansh Limited” was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana on May 05, 1993. The Company’s shares are listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited(CSE).
